STOCKMETRICTRADERS : A number of investors using wallet services experienced temporary discrepancies in their digital wallet balances earlier this week. The company has since released an official statement attributing the issue to a technical fault involving irregular blockchain data and miner synchronization glitches.
According to the statement, the incident occurred during a routine blockchain update.
